Terms of use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms explain the permitted use of the OK GO Studio website. They cover the website, rather than the terms of any paid design or development project.
About OK GO Studio
This website is owned and operated by OK GO STUDIO LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 14583426. Our registered office is Cheyenne House, West Street, Farnham, England, GU9 7EQ. Our VAT registration number is GB 499 8988 68.

Service information and project agreements
We describe our user experience, design and development services for websites and mobile apps so you can decide whether to contact us. Information on this website is general and does not constitute a binding offer, project specification or promise of availability, price, timescale or results. Sending an enquiry does not itself commission work.
Before work begins, the relevant proposal or project agreement should set out the agreed scope, fees and VAT, deliverables, timetable, responsibilities, revisions, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, support and any data-processing requirements. Those agreed terms govern the work and take precedence over these website terms where they conflict. These website terms do not transfer ownership of project deliverables or replace a client agreement.
Using the website
You may browse, link to and make reasonable copies of pages for your own reference or to evaluate our services. Keep any ownership notices and do not present altered material as ours. Rights that the law gives you are unaffected.
Do not knowingly introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate us or use the website for unlawful activity. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of its original content without permission or another lawful basis. Links to this website must not falsely suggest our endorsement or an association with us.
Ownership and third-party material
Our original website content and design are owned by us or used with permission. Third-party names, logos, fonts and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to tools and platforms describe technologies we work with; they do not by themselves imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement.
If you believe material infringes your rights, email us with the page address, a description of the material, the rights concerned and your contact details or authority to act. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Accuracy, availability and external links
We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but content can become outdated. Please confirm important details with us before relying on them for a project decision. We may update or remove content and interrupt access for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
External links are provided for reference. We do not control those websites or their content, availability or privacy practices. You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect your own device and systems.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights, including applicable consumer rights, are unaffected.
If you use the website for business purposes, we do not accept liability for lost profits, sales, business opportunities or anticipated savings, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this free informational website, to the extent that this restriction is lawful and reasonable. This restriction does not set the liability terms for commissioned services.
If you are a consumer, we remain responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen or was contemplated by both parties. These terms do not remove remedies you have under consumer law.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit or contact us. It also describes the current use of cookies and similar technologies.
Changes, law and disputes
We may revise these website terms as the website changes. The date above identifies this version. Revisions do not retrospectively change an existing project agreement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business users, disputes concerning these website terms are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence that applicable law provides.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.
